How do I cancel my subscription?
Would you like to cancel your eclipso Mail Europe subscription? You can do this at any time conveniently through the settings menu of your eclipso Mail Europe account.
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. Your account will remain active and will automatically be downgraded to the free basic service at the end of the paid billing period. Your stored emails, contacts and data will be retained, provided they do not exceed the storage quota of the basic service.
How to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your eclipso Mail Europe account via the desktop version.
- Call up the menu Settings > Account | Orders.
- In the Order no section, you will find your active bookingings.
- Click on [ Cancel subscription ] icon.
- Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears.
The subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period. A refund of proportional amounts is not possible.What happens after cancellation?
- Your subscription remains fully active until the end of the billing period.
- After expiry, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free basic service.
- Your emails, contacts and stored data will be retained, provided they do not exceed the quota of the basic service.
- No automatic renewal or further charges will take place.
